Data Deletion Instructions

At Rasayily, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you wish to delete your data from our system, please follow the instructions below.

1. Deleting Your Account and Personal Data

To permanently delete your account and all associated personal data (including name, email, and billing information):

• Log in to your Rasayily dashboard.
• Go to "Settings" -> "Account".
• Click on "Delete Account" and confirm your request.

2. Deleting Contacts and Store Data

You can manually delete your uploaded contacts, campaigns, or store-related data without deleting your entire account:

• Navigate to the "Contacts" section in your dashboard.
• Select the contacts or groups you wish to delete and click the "Delete" button.
• To clear campaign history, go to "Campaigns" and delete the specific records.

3. Requesting Data Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access your account or prefer us to handle the deletion, you can request data deletion by contacting our support team:

• Send an email to info@rasayily.com from your registered email address.
• Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
• Specify what data you want deleted (e.g., entire account, specific contacts, etc.).

4. Data Retention Policy

Upon receiving a deletion request (either manual or via support), your data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days. Please note that some data may be retained temporarily in secure backups for legal or compliance reasons before being fully purged.
